I wonder what this world would be like if we took all the mental and physical energy we expend is creating military hardware (rolling, flying, or swimming) and instead put it toward building a domestic infrastructure (rolling, gliding, sailing, &#38;c). I know I'm not the only one who wonder this. But I think it &lt;i&gt;bears repeating often&lt;/i&gt;.</description>
