singers and songs
So I’m sitting here all day today at my home computer and in between working on a heavy Sociology writing exercise, I’m surfing iTunes music store and the new Napster listening to samples. I think both stores are pretty crappy. It’s very frustrating to actually be willing to buy a few $0.99 songs and not be able to find anything! It’s mostly all the same corporate swill one sees at Tower Records with a few token indie sensations thrown in. I already have all the 70’s/80’s/90’s one hit wonders and hits type stuff I want (downloaded years ago from Napster when it was FREE), and the stuff I want now like Squarepusher, The Faint, the newest ones from Broadcast, Death Cab for Cutie and Ween, etc. are not listed. Guh, I must be a major music snob!
