what i find mind boggling is that so many people were crying IMPEACH! when Clinton got caught in his little sex scandal, and everyone was all about bad mouthing the President then. Now, we have a Pres who has lied to us repeatedly about Iraq and waged war on a nation without just cause, in which people are still dying as we speak, and we're unpatriotic if we say anything.

it makes me ill.

Leaving Dubya in power is a much greater risk then any perceived weakness. The faster his administration is out, the better we (the US & the rest of the world) will be.

Probably because since this president has been in power this world has been plunged into so much chaos that it seems less dangerous to keep him in power than to remove him. You think Dick Cheney can handle this country? He'd probably have another heart attack.

Notice 9/11 happened after the farce that some called a "presidential election". I have a feeling they thought our country was in a state of inner chaos and wanted to take advantage of that.

Dubya didn't make the world want to kick our ass, but I think he made them want to kick our ass more than they did before he was in office. He's been pretty staunch about nobody kicking our ass. So what happens if we throw him out? They still wanna kick our ass, only now we have a major divide and no solid cohesiveness, a situation that just begs an ass-kicking.
