I have decided to write my Sociology final paper on the foster care system.

Read a little Annie Dillard “An American Childhood” the other day. Good, gutsy, deep writing always inspires me to write. Thinking about composing meditations on my nostalgias: 1) the gothic nostalgia, 2) the nature nostalgia, and 3) my childhood nostalgia. Funnily enough, there is very definite music that aligns with each. More later…
