I have one vacation planned for this year - going to visit my mom in Fairfield, Iowa in June. I’ll be there from June 18-23. It’ll be my first time back to Fairfield since I moved out here in Sept. 1998. Basically, there are two things I’m looking forward to: Mom and Noodle House, maker of the best damn Thai soup ever. Jer will be gone on his 30th birthday this year - some UNIX conference in Monterey, CA. I’m bummed about this, although he will be back the Saturday afterwards if we choose to throw a party.

This summer’s going to be intense as soon as I return from Iowa. I am taking a science series (Bio 101, 102, and 103) over three months time, Monday through Thursday 9-2:30 each day. Ack! But at least by late September, it’ll be done! Sure doesn’t leave much time for other projects though.

For your amusement, this gal built a church! for her cat!!…out of legos!!!. lol
