Spent today running around the city shopping and running around the house deep cleaning. Deep cleaning on a Saturday night - what is my world coming to? We recently discovered a mouse problem like we had last winter, so we spent hours this evening pulling out major appliances from against the wall and inspecting and sweeping behind them. I get on a roll with cleaning that is perfectionist and unstoppable, so I ended up scrubbing the fridge shelves, wiping down the washer and dryer, and decluttering until midnight.

Yesterday was my last full-time day at the office where I’ve worked for the past two years. Starting this coming week, I go in on Fridays only. Monday I start Spring term and am taking three classes. This will be unusual for me, as I’m used to working full time days and taking one or two night classes. I’m looking forward to my new schedule, however, as I should have the time free to catch up on personal and community projects.
